Performance Endurance Coaching

Open to beginner to professional endurance athletes.

VO2 Max Testing

Available in clinic at Apex PWR with Kevin or other providers. VO2 max testing measures the maximum amount of oxygen that can be utilize during intense exercise. By understanding aerobic capacity, athletes can tailor their training intensity and strategies to enhance endurance, improve recovery, and achieve competitive goals.

Lactate Testing

Lactate testing is at the forefront of modern training, providing athletes with science backed training zones. By measuring blood lactate levels during exercise, we can help athletes of all levels fine-tune their training plans, and push their limits more effectively. Lactate testing allows for smarter, science-based improvements that translate to real-world results.

Strength Training

Strength training is a key component for enhancing muscle strength, boosting athletic performance, and minimizing injury risk. With guidance from Batya, a certified personal trainer, we help athletes build confidence and independence in the gym, empowering them to achieve their fitness goals through personalized workouts.
